Suryadatta promotes various awareness and vocational Educational Programs.

As a part of this initiative the organization has taken number of initiatives such as Computer Literacy Program for Senior Citizens, Workshop by Mumbai Dabbawala, English & IT Awareness Program for Auto Rickshaw drivers etc. In addition to this, Suryadatta Group of Institutes hosted many activities spreading awareness amongst society as regards to fatal issues. topics such as spreading education to the masses, inculcating employability skills, Health, Safety, Pollution, amongst people to enhance the various opportunities of employment etc.

Glimpses of Corporate Social Responsibility & Social Charities Voluntarily Conducted:

• Computer Literacy Program for around 120 orphan students from Kashmir.
• Computer Literacy Program for around 120 women
• Computer Literacy Program for around 200 senior citizens
• English Speaking and computer Learning Program for Auto Rickshwar Drivers for a batch of 260 drivers. And still continuing the more batches in a near future..
• Fashion Designing course for more than 600 Ladies residing at Dhankawadi and Bavdhan Area, Pune
• Trained for more than 500 house wives residing at Dhankawadi & 200 housewives residing at Bavdhan – of preparing 36 different types of spices.
• Trained more that 300 ladies on the Basic Beauty Parlor Course.

Other Social initiatives undertaken by Suryadatta that of National / Global Concern :

• Scholarships offered in two categories
  • The first where more than 150 needy & deserving working professionals where offered a total amount of Rs.30 Lakhs for Pune University affiliated Masters Degree and PG Diploma courses.
  • The second category was where more than 50 needy & deserving students were offered scholarship for a amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs in all.
  • Environment Awareness Rally mobilizing youth on Environment Control Pollution. Rally flagged off by noted Environmentalist and Statesman Dr Mohan Dharia and received at Pune University by University Vice Chancellor Shri Ashok  Kolaskar.
  • Rally at Goa, Clean Goa, Green Goa, with 200 Students of Suryadatta Institute, Flagged Off By Shri Sujoy Gupta, Editor of  Goamantak Times and received at Gomantank University by Mr Zakaria,Vice Chancellor of Gomantak University.
  • Conducted Bone Density Measurement Program for Women with the help of Doctors and advised medication for calcium deficiency.
  • Active participation in Polio Eradication Program of Rotary Club.
  • Provision of Pure Drinking Water Facility at two locations in semi urban areas.
  • Aids Awareness Rally at Pune, Nashik, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
  • Save Nature Rally to spread message of Save Energy and Water in Pune, Mumbai and Goa.
  • Save Plane Rally at Pune Conducted Computer Literacy Program in various urban and rural areas of Bhosari and Chinchwad and  for Senior Citizens, 2006
  • Assistance to Poona Blind Men’s Association, Handicap Centre, Virayatan, Ralegan Siddhi, SS Jain Hostel, Rotary Club of Poona Men’s, YMCA.
  • Conducted Free Diabetes Check up camp at Suryadatta Bavdhan Campus, Pune in association with Diabetes Care of Research Foundation, Pune.
  • Conducted Netradan Shibir at Suryadatta Bavdhan Campus, Pune in association with Janseva Eye Foundation, Pune.
  • Conducted Cardiac Camp with the help of well known Cardiac Surgeons where checking was done free of cost and treatments were offered at very reasonable rates for people below poverty line.
  • Conducted Awareness programs on Female Feticide.
